Dr Olayinka Omoboye is the Managing Director of Gideonson Consulting Ltd. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (Fellow), Chartered Construction Manager, Senior Lecturer and Course Leader with over 20 years of experience in the built environment.

He combines industry practice, academic leadership, and professional assessment expertise, with recognition as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Management and Business Educator. He is also experienced as an RICS APC, Senior Professional Assessment and Academic Assessment Counsellor and Assessor.

His specialist areas include Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, Railways and Facilities Management. Through Gideonson Consulting Ltd, Dr Olayinka provides consultancy, mentoring and professional development support to individuals, organisations and institutions seeking excellence in construction, commercial management and professional recognition.
